A major transportation company in the New York metropolitan area was facing a dilemma: Their accounting software package was inadequate and it was negatively impacting operations: It was causing difficulties in managing a variety of accounts, including vendor and payroll payments.

Tailored Technologies stepped in and successfully worked with senior management in evaluating accounting software packages. With a tight deadline of only a couple of months, we succeeded in helping the company to choose a software package and a vendor on schedule. Based on the success of this initial project, the company engaged us to act as the project manager for the package implementation. This too led to a successive engagement, as the company retained Tailored Technologies as its on-going technology consultant, charging us with keeping their network and communications systems humming.
