We typically begin with a thorough needs analysis that includes interviewing your personnel as well as your accountants and documenting your current systems and procedures. This analysis concentrates on identifying your specific requirements, such as integration with proprietary third-party software products and advanced reporting capabilities.

From there, we identify appropriate options, assisting you with everything from identifying vendors and evaluating demonstrations, to creating the Request for Proposal (RFP), negotiating the price, reviewing the contract and many things in between.
